Most of our canvases are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home.
Regular Shipping: $9.95
Priority Shipping: $34.95
What is the estimated time for shipment?
Shipment via FedEx Ground takes anywhere from 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you the day the canvas is shipped.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is about 2-4 business days after receiving your photo. If you need the canvas earlier, we can arrange that as well via Priority Shipping.
How long does priority shipping take?
Your will receive your canvas within 3-5 business days of your order.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return your canvas because it is damaged or the order is wrong, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy in which we will work with you until your canvas is perfect.
What is a "gallery wrapped" canvas?
"Gallery Wrapped" means that the sides of the stretched canvas are wrapped with your image so that canvas looks continuous. Other options are to have the sides white or any other color.
What is "Canvas Only"?
"Canvas Only" are photos printed on canvases with about 2" of extra canvas on each side. These orders are not stretched on stretcher bars.
What is "Standard Gallery Wrapped"?
"Standard Gallery Wrapped" canvases come stretched on on stretcher bars that are .75" thick.
What is "Museum Gallery Wrapped"?
"Museum Gallery Wrapped" canvases come stretched on on stretcher bars that are 1.5" thick.
What resolution should my images be?
The most optimal resolution is 300dpi, however, we can print as low as 72dpi.
What types of file formats do you accept?
We accept jpg, tiff, psd, eps, pdf, and many other file formats. If you have any questions about your image, please email us at info@photos2canvasprinters.com.
Is there protection on the canvases?
Yes, after printing, all of our canvases are layered with a waterproof protection. This will make the colors more vibrant as well as make the canvases last a very long time.
